Could today be the day?

The discussion today will be all about refinancing. President Obama will be speaking regarding the current state of the mortgage market and perhaps announcing that he has a plan to help those in need from foreclosure with lower rates and better refinancing terms. If this happens, anyone who has been struggling to keep their home will likely be able to breathe a sigh of relief. Let's keep our fingers crossed and hope for the best...this could be exactly what we've been hoping for. I'll be paying close attention and be back as soon as we know details.
